The service
- Do I have to order the coffee myself to have it delivered ?
- You don't need to! We deliver the exact amount of coffee to you once a month. This drastically reduces the number of round trips and the planet thanks you.
- What should I do if I run out of coffee at the office?
- Don't panic, just call our concierge and you will be delivered the same day or the next morning.
- If I have a problem with my automatic machine, what should I do?
- If you are a tenant of the machine, we will assist you by phone or by scanning the QR code directly on the machine. It will not take a long time and many problems are solved remotely.
If the machine is defective or cannot be repaired, we will proceed to an exchange within 24 hours, you are saved !
If you have purchased your machine, the same process will apply except that after repair we will return your machine to you.
- Is it possible to have a trial period?
- Of course! We can provide machines for 48 hours in your premises so that your teams can test our formula.

- Where do your different coffees come from?
- Coffee is a fresh product, that's why our coffee menu evolves throughout the year according to the seasons. We buy our coffees directly from small local farms selected in advance to ensure flawless coffees.
- Do you offer organic coffee?
- Yes, we offer organic coffee. By purchasing organic coffee with Kore Facilities, you are contributing to the promotion of this crop, which is still not very common in specialty coffee.
